Definitive. Panama Coffee Studio handles a wide variety of Panama coffee lots. There are also very rare lots of extremely small quantities, such as Longboard, Nuguo, Black Moon, Mount Totumas, Adaura, and El Pergamino.
The wallpaper is decorated with Gucci's Herbarium print wallpaper.
The owner, Mr. Pana (a nickname), studied coffee shops and cafes in coffee magazines, and he designed the store by first extracting the elements that make up these places, and then eliminating all of them. For this reason, the seating arrangement and other aspects of the store are not designed to make it feel like a regular coffee shop or cafe where you can just drop in and relax, but rather are designed to focus on drinking coffee.
Menu
Coffee is available from 2,000 yen for a filter only, but there is no espresso. The menu changes depending on the time of year. If you ask, they will serve coffee according to your budget.
The coffee filter (dripper) used is the Melitta SF-T 1×1. Nucleus Paragon is standard equipment.
